UPDATE ON NEW CONSTRUCTION, ADDITIONS, OTHER STRUCTURES, LANDSCAPING, DECKS, AND OTHER LAND USE CHANGES!
If you are planning on building a new structure, an addition, deck, or other change to your property, you must complete the Land Use Permit Application and submit to the clerk and city council for processing and issuance of a permit. Please note, an application is not required if you are not changing the footprint of your existing structure, replacing windows, siding, or roofing.
